According to him, “This is a very competitive world and it will be the survival of the fittest. So, people are going to see three things. Quality, Service and in-time delivery. If you cater to these three aspects, then you are going to flourish. You will be flooded with orders.”

He is of the view that for growing to the desired heights it is imperative to adopt the latest technologies. Otherwise it will be impossible to survive in the competitive world. It is also important that the industry is offered adequate government support to grow .He says.

“In other countries, especially China, the governments are very much in support of the industry. However, in India, the support is not promising, adding, “Red topism and slow functioning of ministries are haunting the industry growth here. The policy announcements take many years to be implemented, which is very discouraging”
